About The Role This brand‑new vacancy within the Group offers an EXCO‑level opportunity in a fast‑paced, multi‑site hospitality environment. The role is for a strategic and commercially minded Divisional HR Executive to lead the people function across multiple restaurant locations, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive a high‑performance, service‑focused culture while ensuring effective HR delivery across a large, diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned to business objectives, growth, and profitability. Partner with EXCO and senior leadership as a trusted advisor on all HR, organisational design, and workforce matters. Oversee the full talent lifecycle including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development. Drive a strong, service‑focused culture that supports employee engagement, retention, and exceptional customer experience. Implement and manage performance management frameworks, including goal setting, feedback processes, and leadership capability development. Manage employee and labour relations, including disciplinary processes, union engagement, and ensuring full compliance with labour legislation. Oversee HR operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent HR practices while accommodating operational requirements. Lead organisational development and change management initiatives in a fast‑paced, multi‑unit environment. Support the implementation of competitive compensation, benefits, and reward strategies aligned to industry standards. Monitor and analyse HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, engagement) to provide data‑driven insights and improve decision‑making. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business or related field. 5–10 years’ HR leadership experience. Proven experience in a multi‑site environment (non‑negotiable). Hospitality / restaurant / service industry experience highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of labour legislation and employee relations. Strong commercial acumen and ability to align HR strategy to business outcomes. Proven leadership and team management experience. Additional Requirements Must be willing to travel regularly.
