Overview Reference: 10608 CM Consultant: Christa MostertJob Description: Responsibilities Weekly Advance payments to Growers Weekly Grower Payments – Assist Commercial Accountant with timeous and accurate finalisation of fixed Grower payments. Raising of weekly grower remittances and timeous sending of Advance and Final remittances to growers. Logistical Costs – Liaising with Logistics to reconcile all logistics cost and to ensure Suppliers are paid on time and within agreed credit terms. Recharges to Growers for any ad hoc costs Accounts Payable – Fruit - reconciliation Accounts receivable – Fruit – assisting with monitoring and reporting of outstanding Debtors System Improvements – Flagging and raising system challenges Qualifications Ability to work to tight deadlines every week. Ability to communicate effectively with all internal teams as well as external service providers.
