You will play a pivotal role in enhancing financial processes, improving data integrity, and implementing scalable systems across a multi-entity environment.Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will lead system enhancements, streamline reporting structures, and ensure compliance with IFRS 15 & 16 and governance standards.Key Responsibilities: Lead finance systems transformation initiatives, including ERP enhancement and optimisation Drive the standardisation and improvement of Group financial structures, including the chart of accounts Oversee data cleansing, validation, and integrity across multiple entities Improve financial reporting frameworks (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) Rebuild and align sub-ledgers, fixed asset registers, and supporting reconciliations Ensure IFRS compliance and audit-ready financial data Develop and manage migration documentation, mapping, and governance processes Support testing, validation, and user adoption of new system processes Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: CA(SA) Experience: 5+ years post-article experience combing finance & system migration Technical Skills: Advanced IFRS knowledge (including IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IAS 16, and IAS 2) Experience with systems such as Xero and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous Strong data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting capability Apply now!
