GC Solar is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented WarehouseDispatcher to manage the daily dispatch operations from our Johannesburgwarehouse. Our logistics and dispatch teams play a vital role in deliveringconsistent, on-time service to our customers nationwide.Key Responsibilities Dispatch Coordination Scheduleand coordinate daily dispatches for outgoing deliveries.Prepareaccurate dispatch documentation, including delivery notes and packingslips.Ensureall goods are correctly picked, packed, and ready for delivery. Driver & Route Management Briefdrivers on delivery routes, customer requirements, and safety protocols.Trackand follow up on deliveries to ensure completion and address any delays.Communicatewith logistics partners and internal teams regarding scheduling ordelivery updates. Warehouse & Stock Support Assistwith inventory checks, stock counts, and loading/unloading activities.Reportany discrepancies or damages identified during dispatch.Supportgeneral warehouse operations as needed during off-peak dispatch times. Documentation & Reporting Maintainaccurate dispatch records and update delivery statuses.Ensurecompliance with internal dispatch procedures and safety protocols. Requirements Candidate Requirements Qualifications Matric(Grade 12) minimum.Certificateor diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management is an advantage. Experience Minimum2 years’ experience in a dispatch or warehouse coordination role.Experiencein a technical product environment or the solar/electrical industry isbeneficial. Skills Strongorganizational and time-management skills.Excellentcommunication skills with attention to detail.Familiaritywith delivery documentation and dispatch workflows.Abilityto work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Additional Requirements Validdriver’s license.Physicallyfit and comfortable assisting with dispatch and loading tasks.Willingnessto work overtime or weekends during peak periods.
