About HYRAX Hyrax is a performance marketing company specialising in regulated industries where compliance, attribution, and measurable outcomes are critical. We build full-funnel marketing systems across platforms like Google, Meta, YouTube, Taboola, and Outbrain, combining creative, conversion optimisation, tracking, and continuous performance improvement. We are building an AI-first agency operating model and are looking for an AI Workflow and Generative AI Architect to design, implement, and improve the internal systems that make our teams faster, sharper, and more productive. Role Description The AI Workflow and Generative AI Architect will lead the practical use of AI across Hyrax’s internal workflows, creative production, reporting, knowledge management, and day-to-day agency operations. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can turn business problems into working AI tools: LLM assistants, automations, image and video generation workflows, creative testing systems, reporting copilots, and repeatable processes that remove manual work from the agency. The role is less about building academic machine‑learning models from scratch and more about applying the best available AI tools, APIs, agents, and automation platforms to produce measurable productivity gains across the business. Key Responsibilities AI Workflow Strategy and Delivery Map agency workflows across creative, media buying, sales, reporting, compliance, operations, and client delivery to identify where AI can remove friction or improve output. Design and own a practical AI workflow roadmap focused on speed, quality, consistency, and measurable productivity gains. Build prototypes quickly, test them with internal users, and turn successful experiments into repeatable systems. Evaluate and select AI tools, LLM providers, creative generation platforms, automation products, and specialist vendors. Create clear operating standards so AI is used safely, consistently, and effectively across the agency. LLMs, Agents and Internal Copilots Build and deploy LLM-powered tools for research, briefing, campaign planning, copywriting support, reporting, quality assurance, and internal knowledge retrieval. Develop prompt libraries, agent workflows, retrieval systems, and structured templates that help teams produce better work faster. Connect LLMs to internal data, documents, CRM systems, reporting tools, and operational workflows using APIs and automation platforms. Create AI assistants and copilots for recurring tasks such as lead triage, proposal support, client reporting, compliance checks, creative reviews, and meeting preparation. Measure adoption, time saved, output quality, and business impact from AI tools. Image, Video and Creative Generation Lead the use of image, video, and text generation tools to improve the speed and quality of creative production. Build repeatable workflows for concepting, ad variations, storyboards, moodboards, thumbnails, landing page visuals, short‑form video assets, and creative testing. Work with creative and performance teams to generate, adapt, and test assets across platforms while maintaining brand, compliance, and quality standards. Stay close to emerging tools in image generation, video generation, voice, synthetic media, and creative automation, then turn the useful ones into working processes. Create guardrails for responsible use of generated media, including disclosure, licensing, brand safety, and regulated‑industry compliance. Automation and Agency Productivity Automate repetitive internal processes across sales, CRM, reporting, campaign operations, QA, knowledge management, and admin. Build workflows that connect tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, ad platforms, reporting dashboards, databases, and AI services. Improve reporting workflows by using AI to draft commentary, identify anomalies, explain performance, and prepare client‑ready outputs. Create internal documentation, training materials, and playbooks so teams can use AI confidently without creating chaos. Work closely with team leads to remove bottlenecks and make the agency more efficient without lowering quality. Data, Integration and Measurement Design lightweight, reliable data flows that allow AI tools to use the right information at the right time. Use APIs, low‑code tools, scripts, databases, and automation platforms to integrate AI into existing systems. Define success metrics for each AI workflow, including hours saved, cycle‑time reduction, output quality, adoption, and commercial impact. Maintain clear documentation of systems, prompts, data sources, permissions, and operating procedures. Compliance, Quality and Risk Management Ensure AI workflows meet legal, regulatory, data protection, and client confidentiality requirements. Design human‑in‑the‑loop review processes for regulated, client‑facing, or high‑risk outputs. Implement quality checks for hallucinations, factual errors, brand consistency, licensing risk, and compliance issues. Work closely with legal, compliance, leadership, and delivery teams to make sure AI improves standards rather than creating new problems. Leadership and Collaboration Act as the internal expert on practical AI adoption across the agency. Train teams on how to use LLMs, image generation, video generation, automation, and AI‑assisted workflows effectively. Translate business problems into working tools, processes, and prototypes. Communicate clearly with non‑technical stakeholders and bring teams among you. Keep Hyrax ahead of useful AI developments without chasing every shiny object that wanders past wearing a hat. Key Deliverables (First 12 Months) A mapped view of high‑value agency workflows and a prioritised AI productivity roadmap. A suite of internal AI copilots, automations, and templates used by creative, media, sales, reporting, and operations teams. Repeatable image and video generation workflows for creative concepting, asset variation, and testing. AI‑assisted reporting workflows that reduce manual effort and improve the quality of commentary and insight. Documented prompt libraries, SOPs, training materials, and governance standards for AI use across the agency. Clear measurement of productivity gains, adoption, and commercial impact from AI initiatives. Minimum Requirements Experience 2+ years in AI, automation, product operations, solutions architecture, data, creative technology, or a closely related role. Strong hands‑on experience using LLMs and generative AI tools to build workflows, prototypes, automations, or internal products. Experience working in or with agencies, marketing teams, creative teams, growth teams, or fast‑moving commercial environments. Track record of turning messy internal processes into clear, repeatable, technology‑enabled workflows. Experience training teams, driving adoption, and measuring impact from new tools or processes. Technical Skills Strong working knowledge of LLMs and AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, open‑source models, or similar. Experience with prompt engineering, structured outputs, retrieval‑augmented generation, AI agents, and workflow orchestration. Hands‑on knowledge of image and video generation tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, or similar. Ability to connect tools through APIs, webhooks, scripts, databases, and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, or similar. Comfort with Python, JavaScript, or another practical scripting language. Good understanding of data privacy, permissions, security, and compliance considerations when using AI tools. Nice to Have Experience with performance marketing, paid social, paid search, native advertising, landing pages, CRO, or campaign reporting. Experience building internal tools or prototypes for non‑technical users. Experience with creative testing, dynamic creative workflows, or production automation. Understanding of regulated industries and the controls needed around AI‑generated content.
