Mission of the role Lead the inbound supply team to manage stock replenishment for the Parts & Services division across SAF. Inbound Supply Lead is responsible for managing the operational performance of external suppliers to ensure reliable, cost‑effective, and timely inbound supply into the business. The role drives supplier accountability, delivery performance, inventory availability, quality compliance, and continuous improvement across the inbound supply network. Your mission Team Leadership: Lead and develop the regional supply chain team to achieve availability, inventory, and logistics KPIs. Supplier Relationships: Build strong operational partnerships with suppliers, aligning them to business expectations, service requirements, and compliance standards. Onboarding & Readiness: Support supplier onboarding and ensure operational readiness for smooth integration into supply chain processes. Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards, maintain accurate inbound supply records, and provide insights on supplier capacity, risks, and trends. Root Cause Analysis: Analyse supply failures, implement corrective actions, and monitor closure rates to reduce disruptions. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve inbound supply processes, drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and support cost reduction and working capital programs. Logistics Oversight: Ensure supplier lead time compliance, manage inbound logistics costs, and monitor service levels to meet operational requirements. KPI Achievement: Deliver results in OTIF performance, inventory availability, forecast accuracy collaboration, and supplier corrective action effectiveness. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or Related field Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency 5+ years experience in supply chain, supplier management, procurement operations, or inbound logistics. Experience managing external supplier performance in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, automotive, pharmaceutical, or distribution environments. Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, Microsoft Dynamics 365). APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification Lean or Six Sigma exposure Knowledge of ERP systems (GIM, M3).
