In this role you will act as an account manager for a book of existing and recently lapsed FX partners. Supporting both Currencies Direct & Exchange4Free, you will aim to retain and improve productivity of existing partners, while working to regenerate inactive partner accounts. What You’ll Do You will liaise with a wide variety of existing or lapsed partners across a number of specific vertical markets Initially working to reestablish relations with lapsed partners within our network, while working closely with the existing Sales team Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory Calling and setting up meetings for the sales team Handle inbound sales queries and gather referral information from partners whilst providing accurate product and service details Liaise with sales & dealing teams to provide and receive updates related to customer transactions Keep the CRM (Salesforce) updated with daily activity and customer information Create and manage affiliate accounts on Salesforce, loading leads, meetings, and activity logs for the BDEs. Assist the Data Sales Manager with data capturing, data cleaning, and general reporting tasks. Handle administrative tasks related to affiliate commission payments, including query resolution.
