Production Process Engineer We seek an exceptional and passionate Production Process Engineer to join a dynamic Automation team. Duties & Responsibilities Identifying bottlenecks throughout the procurement and production processes, proposing solutions and updating formal process documents and guides; Optimising the production process to minimise delays, waste and cost; Implementing formal processes in our ERP as well as guiding lower level development (e.g. through the SDS Team); Optimising stock levels based on sales forecasts; Store organisation and optimisation; Actively maintaining the production plan, identifying the critical paths, continuous re-risking and minimisation of the critical path, communication and feedback to production, procurement, development and management as required; Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Required Skills and Experience: Industry experience in an electromechanical production environment; Familiarity with an industry-standard ERP, ideally Odoo. Recommended Skills and Experience: 2-3 years' experience in an electronic assembly production environment; Familiarity with Python. General Skills: Ability to learn fast and absorb new information quickly; Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate on large projects; Ability to work independently; Strong problem-solving skills; High standard of communication skills in English (both verbal and written). #J-18808-Ljbffr
