Responsibilities Go‑to‑Market Strategy Spearhead the launch of new products and features by coordinating cross‑functional teams, ensuring seamless market entry. Oversee the end‑to‑end execution of go‑to‑market plans, ensuring effective integration across departments. Positioning and Messaging Develop and refine core messaging, value propositions, and compelling narratives that resonate with diverse target audiences. Leverage data from CRM platforms and analytics dashboards to refine strategies and improve performance. Requirements Localization & Market Fit Proven experience in adapting global product marketing messages to resonate with diverse audiences across African regions, particularly in SADC and West Africa. Ability to tailor strategies that effectively address localized market nuances. Digital Transformation Demonstrated ability to leverage a variety of digital channels to build brand visibility and engagement. Experience in integrating traditional and digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and growth. Industry Focus & Technical Skills Strong background in the SaaS and B2B technical sectors. Proficient in using CRM and analytics dashboards to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. Collaboration & Communication Team player with the ability to work seamlessly with sales, product, and regional strategy teams. Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills. Strong project management skills to oversee multi‑channel campaigns and product launches. Ideally 5–10+ years in marketing, with 3–5+ years specifically in product marketing, brand management, or business development.
