Job Summary A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the full finance function, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial direction. Key Responsibilities ? Manage full finance function? Ensure statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE, etc.)? Financial reporting, budgets & cash flow? Manage debtors, creditors & working capital? Costing analysis & performance tracking? Lead and manage finance team? Oversee Syspro system and reporting? Drive continuous improvement & cost-saving initiatives? Stock, WIP & inventory financial control Requirements ? Degree in Finance / Accounting? CA(SA) advantageous? 5+ years financial management experience? Manufacturing / costing experience (essential )? Syspro & advanced Excel? Strong leadership and analytical skills
