We Are Hiring We are a growing construction and property maintenance company looking for a hands-on Junior Site Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee residential and light commercial renovation projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong practical building experience who is ready to step into a supervisory role while still being involved on‑site. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee day‑to‑day site operations Supervise teams across multiple trades Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to standard Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met Ensure quality control and compliance with building standards Assist with hands‑on work when required Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management Maintain site organisation and workflow efficiency Requirements 3–5 years’ practical construction / renovation experience Experience working across multiple trades, including: Bricklaying & plastering Carpentry Tiling Painting & waterproofing Drywalling & ceilings Basic plumbing & electrical Previous experience supervising teams or coordinating work on‑site Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Valid driver’s licence Advantageous Experience in residential renovations or property maintenance Exposure to small‑to‑medium project environments Ability to step in and assist with trade work when required Ideal Candidate Hands‑on and practical (not office‑based) Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Reliable, accountable, and proactive Why Join Us Opportunity to grow into a full Site Manager role Work on varied residential and renovation projects Supportive team environment Stable role with long‑term growth potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
