Job Description: Inventory & Stock Management: Precise tracking and reconciliation of stock between the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and the accounting system, including overseeing monthly stock countsAccounts Payable (Creditors): Capturing supplier invoices, reconciling creditor statements, and ensuring timely paymentsAccounts Receivable (Debtors): Managing customer accounts, which may involve credit accounts for contractors, builders, and corporate clientsSales Reconciliation: Daily balancing of cash, credit card, and online transactionsManagement Reporting: Preparing monthly management accounts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsTax Compliance: Submission of VAT returns (VAT201) to SARS via eFiling, and potentially handling PAYE/UIF/SDLGeneral Ledger & Journals: Processing journals and managing fixed asset registersSkills & Experience: 3+ years' experience in a similar roleRetail, Manufacturing, or Distribution Industry Experience NON-NEGOTIABLE Intermediate to Advanced Excel SkillsDetail drivenStrong communication skillsQualification: Diploma/ Degree in Finance or AccountingConnect with us on
