Introduction We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic BPO team. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents, driving performance, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved. This role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and a passion for delivering results in a fast‑paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Monitor team performance through KPIs, call listening, and reporting. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development to improve agent performance. Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1 sessions, and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with company processes, scripts, and quality standards. Identify training needs and work closely with QA to support. Drive a positive team culture and high levels of engagement. Handle escalations and support agents with complex sales scenarios. Desired Experience & Qualification Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader – minimum of 2 years. (PPI/PCP experience preferred and advantageous) Preferred BPO Sales Team Leader experience on UK campaigns. Strong understanding of sales processes and performance management. Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience with dialers, CRM systems, and reporting tools. Must be able to work the 1 pm‑10 pm or 12 pm‑9 pm shift. Qualification Matric #J-18808-Ljbffr
