Kendrick Recruitment is Calling All Reservation Superstars Location: Hazyview | Position: Reservationist | Salary: R6,500 – R8,500 (Live out) | Hours: 08h00 – 17h00 | Monday to Friday + one Saturday morning per month | Permanent position What They Are Looking For Minimum 3 years Reservationist experience within a Hotel or Lodge environment Strong knowledge of online booking channels and channel management Experience with rate loading, rate parity and specials Confident handling extranet communication and financial queries Experience working with SiteMinder Understanding of OXI interface and booking integrations Comfortable liaising with multiple departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Accounts, and Sales Strong admin skills including debtor assistance, issuing tax invoices, and month end support Key Responsibilities Managing online bookings across platforms including Apply Below, Expedia, Agoda, Travel Ground, AfriStay, Wetu, and more Biannual content reviews of all online channels Monitoring occupancy and adjusting specials accordingly Processing payments and handling 7 day pre arrival procedures Maintaining excellent relationships with online agents and tour operators Assisting with reporting, weekly planners and reservation administration Supporting the Reservations Manager and Assistant Reservations Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
