New Business Admin The New Business Outbound Consultant will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting and resolving all queries related to Account Origination journey for New Bank client, including Bin migration clients. Areas of Responsibility Investigate, troubleshoot why clients are stuck in the Account Origination journey Provide feedback and insights on Account Origination journey blockers Provides exceptional client on-boarding experience - personalized, warm and effective through our multiple channels e.g. calls, web, chat, video, etc. Supports the new accounts application process and ensure accuracy/completeness of activations, when required Educates our clients about their accounts/products Identifies up-sell opportunities (understand the client's needs/provide solutions) if required Actions Know Your Customer (KYC) principles.
