Role Overview This is a mid‑senior role bridging execution and leadership. This designer is responsible for delivering high-quality design and contributing to conceptual thinking. They will support team growth through mentorship and collaboration. You'll be working on a mix of retail‑focused seasonal and monthly campaigns, including digital campaigns, social media assets, print advertising, in‑store displays, e‑commerce assets, and more. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for retail marketing and advertising, and the ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to every project. Key Responsibilities Contribute to and lead aspects of concept development and creative thinking Execute 360° campaigns across multiple channels Ensure brand consistency across all outputs Prepare print‑ready and final artwork files Collaborate with internal teams and participate in presentations Support and mentor junior designers Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail Stay updated with design and industry trends Art direct photo shoots Minimum Skills & Experience 4–6 years' experience in a design or agency environment Relevant degree or diploma Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills Experience across digital, social, e‑commerce, and print design Strong conceptual and execution skills Ability to work across multiple platforms Strong collaboration and communication skills Additional Advantageous Skills Motion graphics or video editing E‑commerce design experience Basic UX/UI knowledge Print production knowledge Retail or fashion experience Photo shoot art direction and experience Digital marketing experience Key Attributes Strategic and creative thinker Detail‑oriented Proactive and solutions‑driven Able to work under pressure Emerging leadership capability #J-18808-Ljbffr
