Overview As an Avaya Engineer (L3), you will be responsible for the information technology (IT) support of our business. You will provide IT technical support to all teams within the organisation and ensure that they have access to their devices and data wherever they are in the world. You'll be able to build strong relationships with colleagues from other departments in order to share knowledge or solve problems as a team. You should also be comfortable working under pressure, as your work may involve managing multiple projects at once. Requirements 6 - 8 years work experience 5+ years experience required in Avaya Telephony administration as a Senior Support Engineer within a medium to large ICT organisation Working knowledge of technical documentation and experience in co-ordination with TAC Expert knowledge on the management of Avaya concepts and Contract Centre architecture within the supported technical domain Diagnostic skills in hardware and software products Effective written and verbal communication skill Self-disciplined with good time management skills Fault analysis / troubleshooting skills; be able to read & interpret technical documentation Strong focus on customer satisfaction Customer focus with good attention to detail Have initiative and be a team player Fully competent on the use of Microsoft Office Drivers licence and own transport Qualifications Following certifications are strongly recommended ACIS-6209 (Avaya Aura Contact Center CCT and Multimedia Implement The following certifications would be advantageous ACSS-3305 (Avaya Experience Portal with Proactive Outreach Manager Support #J-18808-Ljbffr
