Qualifications & Requirements:- Veterinary Degree: BVSc, DVM, or equivalent (strongly preferred)- Experience: Minimum 58 years in feedlot management or large-scale livestock operations- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cattle health, nutrition, and feedlot systems- Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and operations at scale- Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and reporting capabilities- Problem-Solving: Ability to make strategic and operational decisions under pressure- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in compliance and record-keeping- Technical Skills: Experience with livestock management systems and data analysis tools
