MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Packhouse Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or related field (advantageous) Previous packhouse management experience (preferably in Avo’s) Strong technical and mechanical aptitude; knowledge of processing & packaging essential Ability to manage and motivate a large workforce. Previous cold room experience Sound knowledge of export logistics. Farm Maintenance Relevant Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous Min of 3 years previous experience in this field Computer literate Mechanically and maintenance orientated essential. Proven experience in maintaining the following.General maintenance Electrical Servicing of tractors Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with and motivate a team.
