Overview Minimum of 5+ years business analysis and project experience Experience with the lean/agile software development methodology Responsibilities Provides technical/functional assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements Understand, capture and communicate business direction, challenges and requirements Plan and execute tasks / initiatives Participate in solution discussion Evaluate and propose solution approaches, IT solution implementation and conduct periodic implementation reviews Ensure that all solutions adhere to the Transaction Junction's IT standard and practice Support business process change Test all solution aspects including, but not limited to acceptance, security, performance, integration Support work required to successfully pass through all relevant project gates Deliver business solutions that include technology implementations and/or adaptations Maintain current applications including but not limited to bug fixes, feature enhancements and performance tuning Project and Document Management Apply knowledge, experience, and analysis skills to support cross-functional teams developing business and system requirements, user interface design, data modeling, system designs and system interface specifications Facilitate the gathering and analysis of business requirements in an agile team environment Work with key project stakeholders to formulate and communicate their business vision, map out initial requirements and scope software projects Translate project stakeholder requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria that feed the software development process Identify and model process requirements, data requirements, and business rules Support Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing #J-18808-Ljbffr
