We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams on complex, high-risk projects. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational structures, policies, and operations to identify problems, opportunities, and needs. The Senior Business Analyst will recommend solutions that align with organizational goals, elicit and analyse stakeholder needs, facilitate communication, and ensure that business unit requirements are met by IT solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, translating business needs into technical requirements. Analyse complex organizational problems, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic solutions. Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from various stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and IT departments. Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered IT capabilities. Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases. Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities. Mentor and guide junior business analysts. Required Skills and Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst. Proven experience working in an Agile development environment. Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives. Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation techniques. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups. Resilient and adaptable to changing project demands. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Banking and Credit industry. Experience with process analysis and improvement. IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) certification.
