Integrated Sales Consultant – Boland, Western Cape We are seeking an Integrated Sales Consultant based in Boland Western Cape. Role Purpose Own and grow profitable revenue across Sanitech’s integrated solutions (Cleaning, Hygiene, Pest Control). Operate independently to acquire new business, expand key accounts, and deliver disciplined pipeline management that converts to sustainable, creditworthy sales. Education Matric (Grade 12) required. National Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Marketing, Sales. Experience 5+ years B2B field sales, ideally in hygiene/cleaning/pest control or adjacent services. Proven hunter/closer with repeatable wins and referenceable accounts. Experience presenting at multiple stakeholder levels (operational to executive). Must have a valid, unendorsed driver’s licence; own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel. Technical & Tools Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint (costings, charts, percentages). Competent CRM user (daily hygiene; pipeline and activity logging). High initiative, accountability, and follow-through. Negotiation, objection handling, and competitive displacement. Relationship building, written/verbal communication, and executive presence. Resilience under pressure; organized, reliable, and detail accurate. Key Outcomes (What success looks like) New Business: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets (baseline currently set at R18,500 p/m; cleaning revenue counted at one‑sixth for target purposes). Pipeline Health: Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of R6m+ with clear next steps and conversion timelines. Retention & Growth: Re‑sign expiring contracts, lift share‑of‑wallet in priority accounts, and reduce churn through proactive service recovery. Quality of Revenue: Sign credit‑vetted, margin‑accretive customers aligned to branch strategy. Sales Hygiene: 100% on CRM data quality, weekly reporting, call cycle discipline, and documentation accuracy (contracts, surveys, installation handover). Responsibilities 1) Market Development & Hunting Plan and execute a targeted territory strategy; generate high‑quality opportunities via prospecting, referrals, and competitor displacement. Conduct needs analyses and design integrated solution proposals that address customer pain points and compliance needs. Lead negotiations end‑to‑end; remove blockers and close with urgency. 2) Account Management & Expansion Manage a named portfolio; conduct regular QBR‑style reviews with Top 20 accounts. Cross‑sell and upsell adjacent services to increase average revenue per account. Track contract end‑dates (prospects and customers) to time re‑engagements and prevent lapses. Maintain an accurate, time‑stamped pipeline in CRM with stages, probabilities, values, and next actions. Submit weekly sales plans (typically Fridays) and call sheets (target: 8 meaningful client interactions/day; guideline 6 new + 2 existing). Present weekly pipeline updates and monthly forecast accuracy reviews with Sales/Branch leadership. Prepare costings in Excel; ensure pricing aligns with margin thresholds and branch strategy. Complete all sales documentation accurately (contracts, surveys, installation/hand‑over packs). Ensure credit vetting is complete before activation, partner with Operations for seamless start‑up. 5) Customer Experience & Retention Resolve complaints within 48 hours and close the loop with the customer. Set and monitor service‑level expectations with Operations; elevate risk proactively. Champion product innovation and value‑added services (e.g., specialised/deep cleaning initiatives and branch targets). Decision Rights & Ways of Working Operates independently day‑to‑day; self‑manages territory, calendar, and priorities. Escalates only on policy exceptions, pricing outside guardrails, or material risk. Collaborates cross‑functionally (Operations, Credit, HSE/Compliance) to ensure delivery readiness before the deal close.
