Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in stock control and receiving Previous hospitality or restaurant experience advantageous Experience working on MarketMan will be highly beneficial Strong understanding of: Stock rotation Stock counts Receiving procedures Invoice checking Stock issuing Wastage control Computer literate Strong administration skills Excellent attention to detail Good organisational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills Reliable, honest, and trustworthy Preferred Skills & Attributes: Strong numerical accuracy Problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and within a team Professional and responsible work ethic Good understanding of stock management systems Working Conditions: Fast-paced hospitality/restaurant environment May be required to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts depending on operational requirements
