You will operate at both a strategic and operational level—working closely with leadership to influence decision-making while ensuring robust financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance across multiple entities. Benefits Opportunity to take full ownership of the finance function Direct exposure to leadership and strategic decision-making High-growth environment with real career progression potential Ability to build, optimise, and scale financial systems and processes Meaningful impact on profitability and business performance Key Responsibilities Lead the full finance function across multiple entities Deliver accurate and insightful monthly management accounts and consolidated reporting Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements and scalable systems Provide strategic input on pricing, cost optimisation, and revenue growth Ensure full tax and regulatory compliance (VAT, PAYE, income tax, etc.) Oversee payroll, supplier payments, and cash flow management Manage reconciliations across bank accounts, payment platforms, and intercompany transactions Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and automation initiatives Support fundraising initiatives and broader business growth strategies Requirements Chartered Accountant (SA) highly preferred Completed articles 1–4+ years post-articles experience Exposure to multi-entity environments (advantageous) Experience in property, hospitality, or similar sectors (advantageous) Key Competencies Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking Highly analytical with strong attention to detail Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset Hands-on leadership style with a sense of ownership Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
