Who This Is For You are a top performing rep at your company You are extremely hard working You are looking for growth You want to make a real difference in women's lives What We Offer You Daily Sales Training & 1-1 coaching Professional Skill Development (leadership, business strategy, marketing, etc) Performance based career growth (the best get promoted) Uncapped commissions What We Expect From You Responsibilities High work ethic (Monday-Saturday) Follow our proven sales process Train with your coach daily 100+ Dials per day Manage your pipeline & follow up properly Admin work for data collection Be a team player Results 5 sales per day 80% show rate 40% close rate Requirements 6mo+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR sold products for your own business Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time Open to learning new processes in sales Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement) Excellent communication skills Compensation Base: £12,000 per year (paid in ZAR equivalent) On‑target earnings (OTE): £35,000–£45,000 per year once fully ramped Benefits 28 days of paid holiday per year, plus South African public holidays. Paid sick leave in line with SA law – if you’re ill, you rest. Fully remote, South Africa‑based, working UK business hours (no night shifts). Home‑office support: monthly internet contribution plus a once‑off setup stipend after probation. Structured training and ongoing coaching in emotional communication, objection handling, and our systems. Clear progression path into Senior/Lead team management as we open more studios. Quarterly performance bonuses for hitting targets on show rate, guest satisfaction, and data quality. London studio immersion trips for top performers (flights and accommodation covered).
