Role Integrated Designer Location Johannesburg , South Africa About the role Join our dynamic team as a Delivery‑Focused Integrated Designer, whereyou’llbe an integral part of thestudio teamfora global FMCGclient, based inBryanston Johannesburg. The Delivery‑Focused Integrated Designer takes digital,printand social content projects from brief to completion. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt designs and translate supplied campaigns and brand guidelines into impactful designscross channels. As the Integrated Designer,you’llwork closely with thelocalclient, manage your workschedules closely with the Account Director and Art Director.You would need to understandworking within specifiedtimeframesand budgets. The right candidate will alsohave the ability toensure quality and consistency of deliverables are met by self‑QC. Reporting to theArt Director, the Integrated Designer will work alongsidea Copywriter and another Integrated Designer. What you will be doing: Collaborate with the team to produce design/adaptation to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion, including OOH, in-store, digital, print, and social. Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new proactive creative concepts when appropriate. Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Produce high volume campaigns across all static and moving image channels. Utilise graphic design programmes such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In‑Design to deliver static content. Utilise After Effects to manually build bespoke requests for local markets. Ability to storyboard and craft short and long form animations. Have a strong knowledge of the brand guidelines to act as a brand guardian. Communicate and present projects effectively to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback to refine and iterate designs as needed. Create inspiring and exciting content – from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation. Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines. Ability to deliver final artwork and toolkits on digital and print based material. What you need to be great in this role: Equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field 4+ years of professional experience in design, artwork and production Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various platforms and mediums Experience working with multiple campaigns, languages, and digital channels. Ability to engage and build rapport with clients, and organise and influence them Ability to take initiative, think creatively, and solve problems independently Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and an understanding of future‑facing platforms – with a desire to embrace new software and efficiency‑led AI platforms Strong design’& motions skills and comprehensive understanding of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, In‑Design, Photoshop, and Premier Pro and rendering/output settings.
