Requirements: Must have a Marketing Diploma or Degree. 4 to 6 years’ experience in SME marketing campaign management. Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Experience working with B2B or SME customer segments. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels. Strong campaign and project management skills. Ability to translate marketing strategy into campaign execution. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. AI learning agility and ability to adopt new technologies and tools. Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive SME acquisition and growth. Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital, partnerships, content, and events. Coordinate timelines, budgets, and delivery across teams and agencies. Ensure campaigns align with brand and commercial objectives. Develop deep understanding of SME customer behaviour and needs. Translate insights into effective campaign messaging and positioning. Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline opportunities. Track campaign performance against KPIs including acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Optimise campaigns using performance data and insights. Work with data teams to measure ROI and effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, digital, commercial). Manage external agencies and partners where required.
