FINANCE MANAGER (FM) – AUTOMOTIVE RETAIL GROUP Johannesburg, Gauteng A well-established automotive retail group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (FM) to take full financial responsibility within a high-performing dealership environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial management, reporting, compliance, and internal financial control within a dealership-level motor industry structure. The successful candidate must have strong motor industry dealership experience , with a solid understanding of dealership financial operations and reporting requirements. Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) essential Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Finance Manager (FM) within the motor industry at dealership level Strong dealership experience essential (motor industry) Experience in auditing / audit processes within a dealership environment advantageous Multi-dealership group experience advantageous Solid understanding of dealership accounting, financial controls, and reporting processes Experience with OEM reporting requirements advantageous Strong ability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Proven ability to work in a fast-paced motor industry environment Skills & Competencies Strong financial acumen and analytical ability High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong understanding of dealership finance systems and controls Ability to work under pressure in a high-performance environment Strong leadership of finance/admin teams Advanced Excel and reporting capability Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High integrity and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr
