This role is ideal for an experienced travel professional with a strong background in inbound tour operating and a flair for creating exceptional, tailor‑made travel experiences across Africa. Key Responsibilities Design creative, bespoke FIT leisure itineraries with a strong focus on detail and guest experience Manage the full reservations process from initial enquiry through to final confirmation, including invoicing and travel documentation Ensure strict adherence to turnaround times in line with company standards Proactively sell products and services to create the best possible itineraries for guests Maintain consistent and clear communication with agents, guests, colleagues, and suppliers Deliver exceptional service levels at all times Requirements Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in inbound tour operating Strong DMC knowledge of at least two of the following regions: South Africa, Southern Africa, East Africa In‑depth knowledge of Tourplan or a similar reservations system Proficient in WETU Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish (preferably South American Spanish) and English Strong geographical and logistical knowledge of African travel destinations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management and organisational abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines High level of attention to detail and accuracy Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Personal Attributes Client‑focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service Creative; curious, and solution‑oriented Methodical with strong problem‑solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Adaptable; resilient, and able to manage routine tasks effectively This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within the luxury travel sector, offering the chance to work with high‑end clients and craft unforgettable travel experiences across Africa. #J-18808-Ljbffr
