Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Abilities Must be mature and domestically secure. Be prepared to spend time travelling and be away from home every month. Work extended hours (overtime). Must comply with all customer rules and fatal risk standards and address any safety‑critical issues immediately. Good communication skills (verbal, written). Highly motivated, competent & energetic individual. Pro‑active individual with a positive “can‑do” attitude. Required Qualifications Valid driver’s licence (preferred) LTI certificate A minimum of 5 years working experience in the field Grade 12 minimum education Complete knowledge of all competitors and Yale Products technical information Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, web‑browser, SharePoint, MS Teams) Device literate (Lifting Connect, Lifting Connect Asset System, MS Teams, Outlook) Submit police clearance report Work overtime when required Work Requirements All applicants should be able to pass a full medical examination, heat tolerance, lung function tests as well as criminal and financial screening – any failed tests will be at the applicant’s account. Applicants will also be expected to be available on short notice. You will tender your services at applicable sites as per On‑Site Service Department team allocations, or at any other location in the future as required by the company’s operational needs. This site will be deemed your normal place of work. Approved overtime is only payable for extra customer work requested or work away from your normal place of work. Be prepared to work various shifts and shift patterns as requested by customers, including night, weekend and public holiday work.
