About the job Business Development Specialist - CRM Assist with the firm's CRM strategy development, planning and implementation across all practice areas, offices and key client initiatives Build internal awareness of client development and CRM efforts generally through effective use of internal communication channels Provide training and support on CRM best practice Create and maintain account plans for identified key clients and manage any subsequent actions to ensure momentum across our CRM efforts Oversee quarterly deal reporting and the annual directory submissions to Chambers, IFLR1000 and Legal 500 amongst others Measure and report on CRM activities at regular intervals and implement any tasks as needed Conduct competitive analysis to develop insights on both market and client movements to keep our CRM approaches distinctive Work with the broader BD team in analysing client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.Minimum of 3 - 5 years work experience preferably in a CRM / BDcapacity in a corporate / professional services environment.
