Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related field OR equivalent industry experience Minimum 3 years external sales experience within:Industrial transmission components Brakes Gearboxes Couplings Material handling equipment SAP or ERP system experience advantageous Valid drivers license Willingness to travel locally and into Sub-Saharan Africa when required Key Responsibilities Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers Conduct regular customer visits and identify new business opportunities Develop new customers within allocated industries and regions Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, and sales orders Interpret technical customer requirements and perform product selections Compile and submit tenders accurately Follow up on open orders with Stores, Procurement, and Factory departments Ensure company margin structures and gross profit targets are maintained Assist with exhibitions, roadshows, golf days, and customer events Maintain professional communication and customer service standards Complete CRM and customer visit reports accurately and timeously
