Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Senior Storeman to support our warehouse operations through accurate stock control, efficient goods movement, and strong operational discipline. This is a hands‑on senior role, combining advanced storeman responsibilities with broader warehouse duties, while providing guidance and support to the operations team. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and book in stock against purchase orders and delivery documentation Accurately pick, issue, and dispatch stock for sales and rental orders, and workshop requirements Ensure correct binning, labelling, and safe storage of stock in the warehouse Perform regular cycle counts and assist with annual stock takes. Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, or non‑conforming items Handle returns, repairs, and warranty items in line with company procedures Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and 5S within the warehouse Act as a senior point of reference for the warehouse. Support warehouse operations during peak periods, shutdowns, and audits Comply with all health, safety, and company policies at all times Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) 3-5 years’ experience in warehouse and/or stores operations Proven experience in a senior or lead storeman role. ERP / SAP or similar inventory system experience essential Strong understanding of stock control and warehouse best practices Skills & Attributes High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational and practical problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
