About this Role The Ninety One Investment Acceleration Programme (IAP) offers a unique opportunity for driven and talented professionals to enter the world of global investing. This is a full-time, two-year development programme tailored for individuals from diverse backgrounds who demonstrate exceptional potential. Participants will engage with various investment teams, receive CFA support, and immerse themselves in Ninety One’s prized investment culture. The program is designed to cultivate leadership skills and provide significant exposure to diverse approaches to investing. Through this role, candidates will gain valuable insights and hands-on experience in a leading financial services environment, preparing them for future leadership roles in the investment industry. Responsibilities Participate in a two-year investment acceleration programme with global exposure. Learn about Ninety One’s global business and diverse approaches to investing. Requirements Recent graduates with honors and zero to four years of experience. Chartered Accountants (CAs) with zero to two years of post-qualification experience.
