Job Description: Supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and SANS standards Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality control procedures Monitor contractor performance, progress, and programme alignment Coordinate across civil, electrical, and architectural disciplines Prepare progress reports and support payment certification processes Manage RFIs, variations, and technical queries Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover processes Skills & Experience: Minimum 510+ years experience on construction or built environment projects Strong knowledge of HVAC, wet services, fire protection, and building systems Solid understanding of construction quality control and site coordination Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure High attention to detail and focus on quality Qualification: BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering ECSA registration advantageou Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
