We are looking for a professional and self motivated Call Center Manager that has experience in managing a team remotely Qualification: Degree BCom or Marketing management Must have previous experience managing a call centre, min 4 years Requirements: Very strong leader, especially in sales management Running a call center of between 10 and 20 staff members remotely Team player Must be billingual in English and Afrikaans plus all other languages will be a benefit to you Must understand how to sell a service not a product Training will be provided Must have uncapped Wi-Fi at home plus your own laptop and desktop computer Skiils: Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written format. Advanced excel skills - management reports Managing a team of call center agents Doing interviews with new staff Must be able to train new staff members Very high earning potential with the right team
