Key Responsibilities Budget Development and Management – Partner closely with management to craft, refine, and oversee monthly and annual budgets, aligning them perfectly with our organizational objectives for training excellence and industry advocacy. Cash Flow Management – Vigilantly monitor cash flow to guarantee operational liquidity, anticipate potential challenges, and recommend smart strategies to keep our finances robust and resilient. Expense Monitoring and Control – Diligently track spending against budgets, spot variances early, and drive corrective measures to eliminate overspending. Focus areas include: Vehicle usage and expense allocation Printing costs General office expenditures Travel, accommodation, and staff allowances Training stipends for learners (a key part of our skills development mission!)
