HAIR STYLIST SOMERSET WEST - Western-Cape (ZA) START: 01 June 2026 TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS Monday to Friday 09:00am - 18:00pm Saturday 09:00am - 17:00pm Sundays & Public Holidays 09:00am - 15:00pm 7 days OFF per month including a weekend Birthdays are OFF (above standard off days) REPORT TO: Manager / Salon Owner SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS: R7,000 - R10,000+ Basic Salary per month (based on relevant experience) Targeted Commission - Sliding Scale (3% - 12%) Company Benefits MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Certified Hair Styling or Cosmetology Trade-Certified - BONUS At least 3+ years experience in a high-end salon, spa or ship environment Cut, Colour and Style confident Able to style male & female clients TECHNICAL SKILLS: Blow dries Cutting + restyle cuts Highlights Tints Straightening treatments (we use Mycro keratin) Perms KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Able to assist multiple clients simultaneously Retail confident, comfortable with recommendations Comfortable with client education Confidently re-book clients Strong team-dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr
