Thereafter an option to take on a senior advisor role with a very competitive commission structure. Ideal for a sales manager or senior advisor looking to gain experience as a principal. Key Responsibilities Day to day franchise operations Oversee governance, risk management, and operational controls Manage, develop and recruit financial advisors and support staff Drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention strategies Maintain fit and proper requirements in line with the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS Act) Oversee product governance across investments, risk, retirement, and wealth solutions Ensure Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles are embedded in operations Minimum Requirements & Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification (BCom Finance, Investment Management, Economics, or similar) RE1 (Regulatory Examination for Key Individuals) – Advantageous RE5 - Compulsory Class of Business accreditation (as applicable) Fit and Proper status in line with FAIS requirements Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in financial services Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role Strong knowledge of FAIS, FICA, POPIA, and relevant financial legislation Remuneration Basic salary (negotiable based on experience) Performance incentive Candidates meeting the criteria should forward their C.V. to #J-18808-Ljbffr
