Responsibilities Analyze and design by reviewing documentation such as business requirements and specifications to derive test estimates and formulate a strategic test approach. Develop automation and load testing scripts that adhere to internal standards and best practices, using version control tools for efficiency. Execute technical tests using relevant tools, ensuring systematic and accurate execution, including automated regression testing packs. Log defects formally, follow up on their progress, and retest them once resolved. Conduct retesting and regression testing to confirm software changes have not adversely affected existing functionality or performance, create and maintain automated regression test packs with the functional testing team. Create test progress and completion reports leveraging automated reporting capabilities. Document and share knowledge by creating documentation and conducting training sessions with the team.
