As the "right hand" to the General Manager, you will be the engine room of the property, ensuring that our 5-star standards are not just met, but redefined. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring a sophisticated balance of administrative oversight and "on-the-floor" presence. You will mentor department heads across Rooms, Golf, Spa, and F&B to deliver a cohesive, world-class guest journey. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments, ensuring seamless synergy between the championship golf course, luxury spa, and multiple F&B outlets. Quality Control: Conduct regular walk-throughs and audits to maintain impeccable 5-star standards in housekeeping, maintenance, and service delivery. Financial Oversight: Assist in managing budgets, labor costs, and P&L statements; drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cost-control initiatives. Guest Experience Excellence: Act as the senior point of escalation for guest feedback, proactively resolving issues and fostering a culture of "exceeding expectations." Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the GM on long-term capital projects, marketing strategies, and property-wide internal improvements. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of managers; oversee performance management and foster a high-performance culture. Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with club members, residents, and corporate partners to ensure the hotel remains a pillar of the community. Requirments Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role (EAM or Operations Manager) within a 5-star luxury resort or hotel . Versatility: Strong working knowledge of luxury F&B operations and a solid understanding of the unique logistics involved in Golf and Spa management. Leadership Style: A "lead by example" approach with a proven track record of developing talent and maintaining high staff morale. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent international qualification. Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of revenue management, financial reporting, and luxury market trends. Presence: Exceptional grooming, communication, and public speaking skills, capable of representing the brand at the highest level. Desirable Qualifications / Attributes: Experience managing a property with a significant residential or membership component (Golf/Country Club). A "hands-on" problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in hospitality tech stacks (Opera, Simphony, etc.).
