This is not your average desk job—this is about being on the ground, driving results, and helping people find a place to call home. Primary Responsibilities Assist in client services. Rentals of property. Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy, and measurement of effectivity of strategy. Analysis of marketing statistics to adjust and improve strategy. Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials. Market research. Qualification Matric Certificate. (PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate will be advantageous). Minimum 2 years’ experience in Real Estate, Sales, Rentals or Property Management. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Afrikaans and English. Core Competencies Must be able to sell. Excellent people skills and good interpersonal relations. Administrative ability to create, implement and follow workflow systems. Excellent understanding of the principles of sales and marketing and the ability to apply it. Ability to establish a trusting client relationship, communicate clearly with clients, identify needs of clients. Above average ability in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
