YARD SUPERVISOR – Immediate Start Salary: R10 000 – R15 000 Location: Gauteng A busy industrial yard is seeking a hands?on, technically strong Yard Supervisor with experience in production environments using guillotines, bandsaws, and similar cutting equipment . You will manage 5–10 staff, enforce discipline, and ensure safe, efficient workflow. Responsibilities Supervise daily yard operations (loading, offloading, sorting, cutting). Enforce discipline, punctuality, and productivity. Conduct toolbox talks and allocate tasks clearly. Plan ahead to avoid bottlenecks and ensure equipment/material readiness. Maintain strict safety and PPE compliance. Complete basic admin (job cards, checklists, reporting). Requirements 3+ years’ supervisory experience in a yard/industrial/production environment . Technical background with hands?on experience using guillotines, bandsaws, or similar machinery . Strong leadership and ability to handle difficult staff confidently. Good planning, organisation, and communication skills. Basic computer literacy.
