Key Responsibilities Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with dealership staff, management, and key stakeholders to promote trust and mutual business growth. Sales Execution Promote and sell insurance products (including motor, short-term, and value-added services) through dealership channels, achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Client Visits & Field Work Conduct regular on-site visits to assigned dealerships to provide training, sales support, product updates, and performance reviews. Training & Support Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for dealer staff on insurance products, compliance processes, and quoting systems. Lead Generation & Conversion Work closely with dealer teams to generate qualified insurance leads and convert them into policies through follow-ups and client engagement. Reporting & Insights Track and report on sales activities, dealer performance, and market trends. Provide feedback for continuous improvement of sales strategies and product offerings.
