Job Description Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 Project Operations platform roadmap. Oversee prioritisation, scheduling, and delivery of D365-related projects. Liaise with Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Governance teams. Chair steering group and change advisory meetings. Manage relationships with external D365 support and maintenance partners. Ensure compliance with governance, data protection, and system best practices. Lead and manage the internal D365 development team. Oversee solution design, system architecture, and platform integrations. Monitor platform performance, user adoption, and reporting capabilities. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process optimisation initiatives. Manage change requests, user training, and business readiness activities. Maintain system documentation, training materials, and support resources. Qualifications 10+ years’ experience with Dynamics / D365 systems implementation and optimisation. Strong knowledge of D365 Project & Finance Operations, ERP/CRM systems, and enterprise integrations. Experience in project management, financial management, reporting, and resource planning. Strong governance, compliance, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing external vendors. Degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field with relevant Microsoft Dynamics certification. Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, and change management advantageous.
