Pharmacy Manager Location: Eastern Cape Contract: Permanent Remuneration: Market Related Job Purpose To ensure the efficient operation of the dispensary and clinic and to provide service excellence by leading the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care and meet sales and compliance targets. Job Objectives To ensure high standards of pharmaceutical care, accurate and safe dispensing including generic substitution, and provide advice within Clicks’ way of working and legal scope of practice. To manage operational activities of the dispensary, including stock management, shrinkage, housekeeping and administration in line with SAPC regulations and company standards. To achieve financial viability through sound financial management and proactive action. To develop competent employees and interns through effective selection, leadership and ongoing development. To schedule staff in line with labour policy and model, ensuring staffing and records accuracy. To manage customer service initiatives that result in great customer experience and loyalty. To integrate pharmacy and clinic teams for a full offering to customers. To support the Group’s vision and drive company values. To foster cohesion and integration across store, pharmacy and clinic teams. To cultivate a high-performing culture delivering employee affiliation, customer satisfaction and shareholder value. Education and Experience Requirements Registered Pharmacist with SAPC. Minimum 2 years’ experience post community service year. Minimum 1 year of people management experience.
