Due to continued growth in our level of sales activity, a vacancy exists within our Presales Solution Consultancy Department for a Solution Consultant in relation to our ERPOne, ERPGo, Manufacturing, Payroll and layered application products. The successful candidate will work within the Global Solution Consultancy Team with close links to the ZA Sales and Account Management Teams to build and present software demonstrations of the KCS product portfolio to meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Working with the respective ZA sales team to build demonstrations, presentations, webinars and documentation, and to enhance our core demonstration capabilities. Carrying out initial and ongoing training and support to the sales team on the value and capabilities of the respective / desired Klipboard solution(s). Attending workshops and Business Discovery sessions with customers and prospects to gain a thorough understanding of business requirements, and documenting their outcome. Building and presenting software presentations that demonstrate to our customers that our solutions can meet and exceed their requirements and provide business benefit. Working closely with our Sales, Marketing, Professional Services Group (PSG), Support and Development teams to develop customer propositions, you will ensure that the business understands the real customer requirements and will work closely to ensure that the best available solutions, some of which may be latest developments, are implemented to meet their need. Ensuring that all prospects’ requirements, information gathered, and demonstrations are documented to assist the sales lead and provide a handover to PSG and the rest of the business. Ensuring that the latest developments are incorporated into our demonstration and working closely with the product teams to adopt new features as well as set up and document these on the demonstration systems. Maintaining and enhancing the core demonstration data sets in order to ensure that our systems best represent a live trading environment. Essential The ability to understand and assimilate business process and requirements and convert these to presentations & demonstration to show business benefit to the customer and why they should select Klipboard as a partner. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of individuals from CEO to warehouse operative, and maintain an effective working relationship within a team environment. Ability to work under pressure with limited time and direction and to work to deadlines. Desirable A good working knowledge of the Klipboard portfolio architecture and product set. Knowledge and experience of Klipboard core markets. Previous experience of a “presales” environment. This role will involve travel and therefore a valid driving licence is essential.
