Description: Lead, manage, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and profitability Monitor sales performance and ensure departmental objectives are met Manage vehicle stock levels and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards Oversee customer satisfaction and maintain high service levels Assist with deal structuring, pricing, and negotiations where required Monitor sales processes, documentation, and reporting accuracy Recruit, train, mentor, and develop sales staff Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and key stakeholders Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Relevant sales, marketing, business management, or automotive qualification advantageous Minimum of 35 years' experience in a New Vehicle Sales Management role within a franchised dealership Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills Computer literacy and experience with dealership management systems Valid driver's licence Clear criminal and credit record Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
