We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and passionate individual to join our brilliant Research team as a Research Manager. This role is based in Durban but works closely with the UK team supporting global projects. Role As a Research Manager, you will take the lead on running a diverse range of market research projects across exciting global FMCG brands. This role involves client liaison and project management from research design through to final debrief presentations. Key Responsibilities Designing world class quantitative and qualitative research across a range of bespoke methodologies Working with and coaching junior members of the research team Creating insightful questionnaires Exploring data to unlock the meaningful insight Creating & delivering story-led presentations through a variety of mediums The work covers a range of ad-hoc projects, typically involving quantitative and some qualitative research, in South Africa, the UK and internationally. With MMR’s focus on developing new and better research methods and sophisticated analysis techniques, the role offers the opportunity to gain experience of several novel and exciting approaches to conducting research and interpreting data.
