About the Role Hotel in Gqeberha Our client is looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Hotel Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen and a passion for service excellence. Key Responsibilities Revenue management: maximize food and beverage revenue, control costs and ensure profitability. Inventory control: manage stock levels, minimize wastage and maintain accurate POS records. Team leadership: supervise restaurant staff, recruit and onboard new employees and manage performance. Compliance: ensure adherence to food safety, health and audit standards. Service excellence: deliver seamless dining experiences, respond to guest feedback and uphold brand standards. Administration: oversee departmental procedures, rostering and reporting. Innovation: identify and implement new ideas to enhance service, efficiency and product offerings. Qualifications Grade 12 plus Diploma in Food & Beverage Management (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years in a junior supervisory role within the hospitality/restaurant sector. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite); POS and inventory system experience advantageous. SASA Junior Sommelier Certificate or higher is an advantage. Skills Leadership and people development.
